CRISIS OF EUROPE-Germany Optimistic Able to Face the Economic Crisis

Although the euro zone economy sinks into recession, Germany is optimistic to face the crisis through.

Georg Witschel, German ambassador to Indonesia, said that the German economy is confident that the crisis curb investment and economic growth can not be resolved until the first decade.

"Not only Germany, but also Europe will be able to defuse the crisis through to completion. This prosperous continent, here you can make a lot of money, although it is currently not fared lucky," he said, at the German Embassy in Jakarta today, Monday (7 / 1/2013).

According to him, it is evidenced by the current exports started to increase and decrease imports. He added that economic growth will also continue to grow.

"Although [the growth of] economic growth slowed, but it will still grow constantly," he explained.

He also said the German unemployment rate grew only slightly in the European crisis deepens and the current account are likely to be negative. German unemployment rate was 6.9%, the steady near its lowest level for two decades.

National banks in Germany, he added, are also heavily stimulus to reduce losses due to worsening European crisis.

In addition, he expressed belief in German business increased after many requests from outside the region.

"We believe the country is a good place for investment. We also do not compete with products from China, Korea, but we always produce high end products," he said.

According to him, the government will strive to continue to improve the financial markets ensure the future of the euro zone could be a strong continent.

"The euro will be stronger, I believe it, people will say wow, how strong Europe," he said.
